Can I try the product out before I buy?

Yes, Alien Audio basses are for sale at Low End Bass Shop and Corner Music in the middle TN area.
What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation email, as well as an invoice for shipping costs (when the invoice is ready). You will also receive your product warranty agreement, which needs to be signed and returned within 15 days of purchase. We will stay in touch with you throughout the sale process, and/or the custom build process.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?

An order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you have not received it, please send us an email on our contact page, and we will get the confirmation over to you!
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We use the USPS for international shipping, as it is the most cost efficent.
How much does shipping cost?

Depending on location: In the lower 48 states, you are looking at anywhere from $65-$100.
Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns, however we will work with our customers to ensure they are happy with their purchase. We guarantee our work, and will replace if instrument if damaged due to a manufacturer error (warping wood, etc).
